2023年9月1日下午,和睦家医疗成功举办了第二届联合学生毕业典礼。此次活动在北京、上海、深圳设立了会场,三地连线,同步举行。35名毕业生来自和睦家医疗的护理、康复治疗师、住院药师以及管理培训项目。和睦家医疗的管理层和各项目的导师亲临现场,共同庆祝毕业生们职业发展旅程的重要节点。

On the afternoon of September 1, 2023, United Family Healthcare successfully hosted its second joint graduation ceremony. This event was held simultaneously across three locations: Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen, interconnected via live streaming. A total of 35 graduates, representing Nursing Residency, Therapist Talent Development, Pharmacy Residency, and Management Trainee Programs, came together to celebrate this significant milestone in their career development. Notably, senior members of the UFH management team and mentors from each program graced the occasion.

毕业典礼开始之前,作为和睦家医疗创始人和新风医疗副主席的李碧菁女士发表了开场致辞。她表示和睦家医疗的人才培养项目已经发展了十多年,成功培养了数百名医疗领域人才,他们在各自的领域中不断努力奋斗,为和睦家的发展做出了巨大贡献。

Prior to the commencement of the graduation ceremony, Ms. Roberta Lipson, Founder of UFH, Vice Chair of NFH, delivered the opening remarks. She proudly reflected on the development of UFH’s talent development programs over the past decade. These programs have successfully nurtured hundreds of outstanding talents in the medical field, individuals who have tirelessly striven to make significant contributions to the advancement of UFH in their respective domains.

新风天域创始人兼CEO、和睦家医疗CEO吴启楠先生通过录制的视频向毕业生们送上了寄语。他强调了医疗领域的不断变化和挑战,鼓励毕业生们敢于打破常规,勇于尝试新的方法和技术。同时,他提出了论文出版激励措施,鼓励全职员工将研究成果发表在SCI收录期刊上,并给予相应奖励。

Mr. Carl Wu, Founder and CEO of NFH, CEO of UFH, sent a heartfelt message to the graduates online, and in his address, he emphasized the ever-evolving nature of the healthcare sector and encouraged the graduates to dare to break conventions and explore new methods and technologies. Additionally, he introduced an incentive program for staff publishing in SCI-indexed journals, promising corresponding rewards.

毕业典礼还邀请到了清华大学临床医学院博士生导师、北京清华长庚医院全科主任医师王仲教授,为大家带来了关于“终身教育和医教研对医学发展的重要性”的主题演讲。王教授的演讲将进一步拓宽毕业生们的视野,为他们提供了宝贵的指导和启示,并激发了他们对医学领域的热情。

The graduation ceremony also featured a distinguished guest speaker, Professor Wang Zhong, a doctoral supervisor at Tsinghua University School of Clinical Medicine and Chair of Family Medicine at Beijing Tsinghua Changgung Hospital. Professor Wang delivered a keynote speech on “The Significance of Lifelong Education and Medical-Education-Research in Advancing the Field of Medicine.” His speech broadened the graduates’ horizons, providing valuable guidance and inspiration while igniting their passion in the field of medicine.

01Therapist Talent Development Program

该项目是针对康复治疗师的培训项目,结合了国际康复师培训教材和和睦家的文化特色。培训内容包括物理治疗、作业治疗、言语治疗、临床教学与学术能力培养等方面。培训期为12个月,学员在轮转科室期间会有临床老师进行笔试和技能实操考核。

This 12-month program is tailored for aspiring rehabilitation therapists, integrating International rehabilitation training materials with the unique cultural characteristics of UFH. The curriculum encompasses physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, clinical teaching, and academic skill development. During departmental rotations, students undergo assessments, including written exams and practical skill evaluations, conducted by experienced instructors.

02Nurse Residency Program

护理培训毕业生

该项目于2011年启动,旨在帮助新毕业的护士平稳过渡到和睦家合格护士的角色。培训内容涵盖理论知识、临床技能、护理理念和岗位胜任力等方面。项目为期一年,采用6+6模式,前6个月是课堂学习和轮转见习,后6个月是重点科室轮转实习。培训形式包括面授课程和临床实习,通过带教老师的指导和实践操作,学员能够逐步掌握护理技能和积累临床经验。

Launched in 2011, this one-year program facilitates the smooth transition of recent nursing graduates into the role of qualified nurses within UFH. The comprehensive curriculum covers theoretical knowledge, clinical skills, nursing philosophies, and job competency. The program follows a 6+6 model, with the initial six months dedicated to classroom learning and rotational internships, followed by six months of intensive departmental rotations. It combines classroom instruction with clinical internships, allowing students to progressively master nursing skills and gain clinical experience.

03Pharmacy Residency Program
住院药师培训项目

住院药师培训毕业生

和睦家医疗自2014年开始创办住院药师培训项目,旨在培养高质量的药师团队。每年招收优秀药学专业毕业生,为期一年的培训课程基于英国和美国的标准,强调职业素质、循证医学和患者导向。培训以工作实践为主,每周有固定的集中培训,总时长超过300小时。培训内容包括职业素质、专业知识、药学服务和循证医学等。带教老师来自美国、德国、澳大利亚和中国,每位培训生都有一名带教药师指导和评估工作。培训生毕业后就职于和睦家医院的多个城市,共有87名培训生参与了前十届培训。

Initiated in 2014, the Pharmacy Residency Program aims to cultivate a high-caliber team of pharmacists. Annually, it recruits outstanding pharmacy graduates for a one-year training course founded on UK and US standards, emphasizing professionalism, evidence-based medicine, and patient-centered care. The program prioritizes practical experience, featuring over 300 hours of concentrated training per week. Its comprehensive content spans professionalism, specialized knowledge, pharmaceutical services, and evidence-based medicine. Mentor pharmacists from the United States, Germany, Australia, and China guide and assess each trainee. Post-graduation, participants find employment in various UFH hospitals across multiple cities, with a total of 87 trainees participating in the first ten rounds of training.

该管培生项目,旨在为青年人才提供发展机会,促进其学习和获取经验,成为医疗行业未来的领导者。项目为期12个月,学员在项目过程中得到管理层、人力资源部、历届管培生和业务部门的全方位支持和帮助,包括指导、辅导、陪伴和培训。项目结束后,学员会被定岗于关键角色,并持续跟踪其工作绩效,帮助他们成长为行业领导者。

The Management Trainee Program, a 12-month initiative, is designed to foster young talents and groom them into future leaders within the healthcare industry. Over the course of the program, participants receive extensive support and mentorship from the management team, the human resources department, former trainees, and various business units. This support encompasses guidance, coaching, mentorship, and comprehensive training. Upon program completion, participants are strategically placed in pivotal roles, with ongoing performance evaluations to assist them in their journey towards becoming industry leaders.

In his closing speech, Dr. Alastair Mah, Vice President of Medical Affairs, reiterated UFH’s commitment to talent development, emphasizing their focus on Medical-Education-Research for continuous innovation. UFH will continue to build a high-quality academic healthcare platform, contributing to medical research and academic exchanges.
