The United Family Healthcare (UFH) Supply Chain Management Center (SCMC) is responsible for supplying all materials needed for clinical operations nationwide throughout the UFH system. SCMC manages the entire supply chain process from sourcing and selecting vendors, to negotiating prices, contract signing, shipping, warehousing and delivery of products to clinical sites. SCMC is headquartered in Beijing with central supply team members at various UFH local service areas. Supply Chain Management Center responsibilities include establishing procurement and supply standards for numerous categories of items, specifying operating procedures and compiling product catalogues, among many other duties.
